Support Site Not Working
Hello
I've tried to contact you on the support site but every time I go to create a ticket it tells me to select the device I have. I have done this and when you click create the device disappears meaning I cannot contact you. I need to contact you as I have been having issues installing Lollipop and now I've hit the download limit. I only bought the download yesterday and wasn't aware of any download limits until it told me I cannot download any more! It wasn't detecting my kindle despite me following the instructions.
